We got an automated email from the processing dashboard but it has no functionality and no-one from the team has reached to let us know if our application was successful, or responded to my emails. > > I am a complete loss as to how this business acquires any customers. There are other same day and next day payment systems out there, so it would be wonderful if Forte could cut this down to 2-3 days. If there is an NSF, we do not receive a notification for several days.
