For over 50 days I had no access to the service I paid for, was repeatedly handed between teams, and promises of rebates/credits went unfulfilled. I only need one license for myself. odoo.sh de facto triples the license price for a single user account. I would love the many customization options that are only available with odoo.sh but there simply is no way I can justify such a major cost increase. For companies with 5 or more users, odoo.sh is less of an issue and at 10+ it starts to become a negligible increase. I would love to see a hosting price that starts a lot lower for odoo.sh if the account uses only one license or maybe a staggered hosting price for 1-5 licenses.
